"Don't play it safe - empower your audience, stimulate change in the mind of your listener…"

Would you benefit from presentation or media training?

If the answer to any of these questions is 'yes', you will definitely enjoy the benefits of increasing your communication and persuasive skills in one of Maggie Eyre's workshops or one-on-one coaching sessions.

A warm welcome to MaggieEyre.com

One of the most important pieces of advice I give to people who attend my workshops or coaching sessions is to be yourself and tell your own story. Let me take my own advice and share a little of my background with you.

My journey from being crippled with fear backstage as a child to coaching leaders from all walks of life has been a steady progression through hard work. Your journey will be different to mine, but what I have learned through years of professional study and application I have condensed into Speak Easy, the training system that I have also encapsulated in my book.

I grew up in New Zealand, on the edge of the world. I have lived and worked in the United States and Australia. My roles in life have encompassed the theatre, public relations and media training.

In my work with corporations and individuals, helping build confidence through understanding and practical application, I have found that most people, no matter how outwardly confident they seem, regard public speaking as their greatest challenge.

It thrills me to see people grow in their confidence and find the opportunity to share their ideas aloud with peers and a wider audience by simply applying the training I offer. Like me, many come to find the thrill addictive.

"As Prime Minister I made hundreds of speeches a year at home an abroad. The advice I received from maggie all those years ago still stands. I hope others will benefit from taking the advice which Maggie Eyre conveys through her new book Speak in Public with Confidence."
